Romans 3:23 - For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God
We are all guilty of sinfulness, however The Celebrate Recovery ministry serves as a refuge and guiding light for those whose sin has allowed them to be enslaved. Not just substance abuse or mental illness, but codependency, family dysfunction and an endless list of hurts, hang-ups, and habits.
Psalm 107:10-11 describes this experience as utter darkness, as binding chains and for those who cease to function, a time of distress. Close friends, family members and coworkers suffer too, they cry out as a witness to the distress as they see the chains that keep their loved one prisoner.
Celebrate Recovery's goal is to identify, encourage, and welcome home that one sheep God brings back to his fold. Join us, return to the Lord, give thanks for his merciful unfailing love, and keep coming back!
